A slang term for an unsophisticated investor who has lost everything on the stock market. Not to be confused with Barefoot Investor.





Easy Microwave Fudge (recipes)




Yield: Makes about 1-1/2 pounds

Full of nuts and with a mild chocolate flavor, this fudge is a crowd pleaser.





Ingredients:



3-3/4cups powdered sugar

1/2cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4cup evaporated milk

2teaspoons vanilla

1/2cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces

3/4cup chopped pecans









Preparation:





1.Line 8-inch square pan with buttered foil; set aside.2.Sift powdered sugar and cocoa into 2-quart microwavable bowl. Stir in milk and vanilla. Top with butter. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until butter melts and mixture is hot.3.Stir in pecans. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm.4.Remove fudge from pan by lifting out foil. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
