Comb.: propyl alcohol = PROPANOL; propyl aldehyde = PROPIONALDEHYDE; propylthiouracil a propyl derivative of a thiouracil; spec. 6-n-propyl-2-thiouracil, an antithyroid substance used to combat thyrotoxicosis.
