Anatomy. Either of two muscles arising from the shoulder-blade and attached to the upper part of the humerus, one (in full teres major) drawing the arm towards the body and rotating it inwards, the Other (in full teres minor) rotating it outwards.
Phrases: pronator teres a pronating muscle of the forearm, between the humerus and ulna, near the elbow, and the radius.
