UNIVERSAL LEGACY (law)


UNIVERSAL LEGACY. A term used among civilians. An universal legacy is a testamentary disposition, by which the testator gives to one or several testamentary disposition, by which the testator gives to one or several persons the whole of the property which he leaves at his decease.
