azithromycin
<drug> An antibiotic approved for the treatment of chlamydia and bacterial infections of the skin and respiratory tract. It may also have activity against MAC, toxoplasmosis and cryptosporidiosis.

Possible side effects include nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness, sensitivity to sunlight and vaginal candidiasis.
