Ingredients



175g/6oz self raising flour175g/6oz sugar175g/6oz margarine3 eggs55g/2oz pecans, coarsely chopped2 tbsp maple syrup



Method



1. Preheat oven temperature to 190C/375F/gas 5.2. Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix until thoroughly blended. Put into a lightly greased 23cm/9in cake tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes, cool and serve.
