Ingredients



¾ cup double cream1 egg white, room temperature2.5ml/½ tsp vanilla extract



Method



1. Beat the cream until stiff. Add the vanilla extract. 2. In separate bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream.(Note: raw egg white is not recommended for consumption by children, pregnant women and older adults)
