Tropical Parfait (recipes)




Prep Time: 10 minutes

Yield: Makes 4 servings



Ingredients:



1-1/2cups fat-free mandarin orange or vanilla yogurt

1can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments in light syrup, drained and chopped

1can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained

1medium banana, sliced

2tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted









Preparation:





1.Combine yogurt and orange segments in medium bowl.2.Spoon half of yogurt mixture into 4 parfait or Wine glasses. Top with pineapple. Spoon remaining half of yogurt mixture over pineapple. Top with banana slices. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
