Ingredients



140g/5oz camembert1 garlic clove, sliced2 fresh thyme sprigs1 tsp paprika



Method



1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.2. Place the cheese in an oven-proof dish.3. Stud the cheese with the garlic slices and thyme sprigs.4. Sprinkle the cheese with paprika.5. Place in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes.6. Remove the Camembert from the oven and serve it with crusty bread.
