Biscuit and Sausage Bake

Bake Time: 22 minutes

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Yield: Makes 6 servings



Ingredients:



2cups biscuit Baking mix

1/2cup milk

1egg

1teaspoon vanilla

1cup fresh or frozen blueberries

6fully cooked breakfast sausage links, thawed if frozen

Maple syrup, warmed









Preparation:





1.Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray 8-inch square Baking pan with nonstick Cooking spray. Whisk Baking mix, milk, egg and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir in blueberries. (Batter will be stiff.) Spread batter into prepared pan.2.Cut each sausage link into small pieces; sprinkle pieces over batter. Bake 22 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cut into squares; serve with maple syrup.
