Buttercream Frosting (recipes)




Yield: Makes about 1-1/2 cups frosting



Ingredients:



3cups powdered sugar, sifted

1/2cup (1 stick) butter, softened

3to 4 tablespoons milk, divided

1/2teaspoon vanilla









Preparation:





1.Combine powdered sugar, butter, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer at low speed until blended. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy, adding more milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, as needed for good spreading consistency.
