Yield: Makes about 3/4 cup



Ingredients:



1/2cup plus 1 tablespoon nonfat buttermilk

3tablespoons raspberry-flavored vinegar

1tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

1-1/2teaspoons snipped fresh chives

1/4teaspoon minced garlic









Preparation:





1.Place all ingredients in small bowl; stir to combine. Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 2 days.
