Ingredients:



4bunches collard greens, stemmed and washed and torn into bite-size pieces

2cups water

1/2medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into strips

1/3medium green bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into strips

1/4cup olive oil

1/4teaspoon salt

1/4teaspoon black pepper









Preparation:





1.Place all ingredients in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until tender.
