Ingredients



handful ice50ml/2fl oz gin, vodka or white rum25ml/1fl oz fresh lemon juice20ml/¾fl oz sugar syrup (often sold as gomme syrup)lemon wedge, to garnish



Method



1. Place the ice, the spirit of you choice, the lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake well to combine.2. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
