Ingredients



7oz (200g) light brown muscovado sugar10fl oz (300ml) water1 orange, grated zest and juice 8oz (225g) fresh cranberries2 pears, peeled, cored and diced



Method



1. Dissolve the sugar in the water and then boil for 5 minutes.2. Add the orange zest and juice and the cranberries and cook for 10 minutes, or until the berries are starting to burst. 3. Add the pears and gently cook for another 5 minutes. Cool.
