Ghastly Glow Punch (recipes)




Yield: Makes 6 servings



Ingredients:



1quart ginger ale

1cup cranberry juice cocktail concentrate

1cup mango, orange or peach sherbet or sorbet

Fruit leathers









Preparation:





1.Combine ginger ale and cranberry juice concentrate in serving bowl. Drop sherbet by tablespoonfuls into punch.2.Using Halloween cookie cutters, cut shapes out of fruit leathers. Sprinkle shapes over sherbet or use to garnish punch glasses. Serve immediately.
