Hot Fudge Waffle Sundae

Yield: Makes 4 servings (3 mini-waffles each)



Ingredients:



12frozen mini-waffles

2tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free hot fudge topping

3/4cup reduced-fat Neapolitan ice cream

4tablespoons aerosol light whipped cream

Colored sprinkles (optional)









Preparation:





1.Heat waffles in toaster until lightly browned. Heat hot fudge topping in microwave according to package directions.2.Arrange three waffles on each of four serving plates. Top with 1 tablespoon of each ice cream flavor. Evenly drizzle hot fudge topping over top; garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired.
