Maple-Mustard Pork Chops

Yield: Makes 2 servings



Ingredients:



2tablespoons maple syrup, divided

1tablespoon olive oil

2teaspoons whole-grain mustard

2center-cut pork loin chops (6 ounces each)

Nonstick cooking spray

1/3cup water









Preparation:





1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine maple syrup, olive oil and mustard in small bowl. Brush syrup mixture over both sides of pork chops. 2.Spray medium ovenproof skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chops; brown on both sides. Add water; cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until barely pink in centers.
