1/2cup finely chopped Anaheim or green bell pepper

1/2cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4cup finely chopped red onion

2tablespoons cider vinegar

1tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1/2teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1/4teaspoon salt

1/4teaspoon hot pepper sauce
