2 kiwi fruit16 small strawberries, washed and hulled8 canned apricot halves in natural juice, drained and halved16 pieces pineapple, fresh or canned in natural juiceDip:220g/8oz low fat natural fromage frais1 tsp almond essence



Method



1. Peel the kiwi fruit using a vegetable peeler and cut each into eight equal pieces.2. Thread one piece of each fruit onto 16 cocktail sticks or small skewers.3. For the dip, mix together the fromage frais and almond essence and serve with the mini kebabs.
