Red Pepper Relish

Yield: Makes 4 servings



Ingredients:



2large red bell peppers, cut into thin strips

1small Vidalia or Other sweet onion, thinly sliced

3tablespoons cider vinegar

2tablespoons packed light brown sugar

1tablespoon vegetable oil

1tablespoon honey

1/4teaspoon salt

1/4teaspoon dried thyme

1/4teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4teaspoon black pepper









Preparation:





1.Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours.
