Ingredients



170g/6oz rocket leaves200g/7oz frozen peas, defrosted, uncooked200g/7oz feta cheese, crumbled/cut into cubesvinaigrette dressing, to taste



Method



1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, making sure the peas and feta are mixed right through the leaves.2. Add a light vinaigrette dressing just before serving and stir gently to coat.
