Ingredients:



1cup uncooked long-grain rice

2cups water

1tablespoon oil

1teaspoon salt









Preparation:





1.Place rice in strainer; rinse under cold running water to remove excess starch. Combine water, rice, salt and oil in 3-quart saucepan.2.Cook over medium-high heat until water comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer until rice is tender, 15 to 20 minutes.3.Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Uncover; fluff rice lightly with fork.
