Stir-Fried Spinach with Garlic (recipes)




Yield: Makes 2 servings



Ingredients:



2teaspoons peanut or vegetable oil

1large clove garlic, minced

6cups packed fresh spinach leaves (about 8 ounces)

2teaspoons soy sauce

1teaspoon rice vinegar

1/4teaspoon sugar

1teaspoon toasted sesame seeds*









Preparation:





1.Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; heat until hot. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.2.Add spinach, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes until spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
