Sweetened Whipped Cream (recipes)




Yield: Makes about 2 cups



Ingredients:



1cup heavy cream

2tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2teaspoon vanilla









Preparation:





1.Chill large bowl, beaters and cream before whipping. Place cream, sugar and vanilla into chilled bowl and beat with electric mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Do not overbeat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
